All the winners of BSU 2025(Bardhaman Chapter) are hereby notified that due to an urgent circular brought by the Govt. of West Bengal regarding the mic decibel level because of the Madrasa & Madhyamik Examinations we have to cancel the prize distribution ceremony on 26th January 2026.
The Prize distribution ceremony has been rescheduled on 14th February 2026 at Rabindra Babhan (Borehat, Bardhaman) from 3pm onwards. All the winners are requested to be aware of the order of subjects & categories listed in the result. The announcement will be made as per the order.
📌Rules & Regulation for prize collection from the stage:
1. Be there at the venue on time.
2. In case of absence of the candidate at the time of announcement, candidates have to collect their trophies from backstage.
3. The candidates must have to carry hard copy of the "BSU Allowed" stamped admit card.
4. In case of parents or guardians or any other relatives coming to collect the price on behalf of the candidate, they have to collect the trophy from the backstage.
5. For any other representative coming to collect the prizes other than the Guardians, the representative will have to carry the proper authorization letter given by the candidate or guardian, along with the hard copy of "BSU Allowed" stamped admit card.
📌An Alternative:
Winners of Bardhaman can also collect their prizes from our Bardhaman office(Opposite of Pragati Sangha, Chhotonilpur) on 27th, 28th, 29th & 30th January 2026 from 12pm to 6pm. (Contact: Mr. Indrajit Ghosh 8001700909).

1. The candidates must have to carry hard copy of the "BSU Allowed" stamped admit card.
2. For any other representative coming to collect the prizes other than the Guardians, the representative will have to carry the proper authorization letter given by the candidate or guardian, along with the hard copy of "BSU Allowed" stamped admit card.
