Important Instructions:

1. Cash Prize, Scholarship & other special prizes of which list will be published on 10th January 2024.

2. The Candidates can click the link - https://bharatsanskritiutsab.com/ParticipationCertificate.aspx to download their "Participation Certificate".
3. The prizes will be sent through courier from the organization to the Indian Residential candidates' address from 15th January 2024.
4. The Position Holder Candidates are advised to send their Candidate Name, Complete Postal Address (with PIN & Contact Number) & Roll Number at
   our Whats App Number +91 8481950170 within 10th January 2024. After the mentioned date, we will not accept any further address.
5. If anybody failing to provide the address on time, they can collect their respective prizes from our Kolkata Office (270 Motilal Gupta Road, PO Barisha, \Kolkata 700008) from 15th    to 17th January 2024 (11am to 6pm).

Bharat Sanskriti Utsab 2023 Calcutta competition prize distribution ceremony will be held today at 4:00 pm at Behala Barisha High School ground and entry of candidates and parents will start from 3:30 pm The list of selected candidates will be given in the WhatsApp group by 12.00 pm today

RULES FOR COLLECTING PRIZES :-

1) Prize cannot be collected without the registered admit card.
2) Only the winning candidates can collect the prizes on the stage, Parents are not allowed on stage.
3) If contestants or guardians have any queries, they can contact us at the office outside the stage gate.
4) Prizes will be distributed in the order in which the result list is published. Candidates are requested to prepare in advance.
5) Parents of candidates who can not attend the prize distribution they can collect the prize from our office outside the stage after the prize distribution ceremony by showing identity card and admit card.


* Those candidates who cannot come to receive the prize today, they will be notified later on how to receive the prize from which place through the WhatsApp group notification. thank you

Today's rules & regulations for the smooth conduct of the prize distribution ceremony:-

Everyone is requested to follow these rules strictly.

1) Only the winning contestants can collect the prize from the stage by showing the original participation certificate and the parents can collect     the prize by showing the appropriate proof.
2) Every winning candidate can collect their Merit Certificate from our temporary office ( On the left side of the stage).
3) If any candidate is unable to attend the prize distribution ceremony at the scheduled time, he/she can receive the prize from our temporary     office (on the left side of the stage)after the prize distribution ceremony.
